I will be designing a mixed-use residential community with condominiums designed for a diverse age group with an emphasis on elderly living. The primary theme of this project is health, however, I will be diving deeper into the actually meaning of health and uncover a new and more powerful word/theme.
This project is based at the proposed Ovation site owned by Corporex. It is located at Newport Riverfront, City of Newport, Northern Kentucky.
