Interior Perspectives
This first imagine depicts the view of downtown Cincinnati and the Ohio River from a two bedroom condominiums located on the 7th floor of the building. The finished in the apartment include floor-to-ceiling height windows, bamboo flooring, and exposed duct-work.

The master site plan is showing the condominium building (located at the corner of Fourth Street and Central Street). It also shows the location for the townhouses which are located closest to the Ohio River front.

The above floor plan shows the section cuts for the building sections. The first building section reflects the vertical cut and the second building section reflects the horizontal cut. Floor to floor height of the floor one is 17 feet, while the floor to floor height for floor two through ten is 15 feet.
